Excellent Espresso - Good taste, Not bitterGot myself the older model Nespresso machine, because if you buy the new model, you can only buy your pods from Nespresso and it’s old and terrible. The older model Nespresso machines have different pods that are off patent so you can buy them from any coffee company. I only buy Lavazza espresso. It’s the best. I even like the wonderful smell of it as I make my morning espresso. Sometimes I make lattes. My spouse wanted decaf so we tried it, taste wise, I could not tell the difference…but as a rule I buy this one as I want the caffeine to get me going. Enjoy. Picture is of the latte I made for myself this morning. I also put Ghirardelli caramel sauce on top.

    I have purchased this product several times and use it currently in my De-Longhi for Nespresso machine. The coffee part is no problem, as it is typical Lavazza. What seems to be the problem is the capsule.
    Sometime the coffee flows out perfectly; some other times there is a squirt of water before the coffee starts pouring.
    Lately have experienced a new problem: the capsules, at times 2 out 3, do not perforate at all, the coffee does not pour out, the machine struggles for a few seconds and then stops. It takes often more than one attempt to get a capsule that works. Needless to say I am not happy with the vendor (who in all honesty may not be the real culprit here).
