While conducting numerous online searches for brushed nickel holders for my reading glasses, I finally came across the InterDesign Forma Magnetic Pencil Cup and immediately ordered two--one to hold pens and one to hold my reading glasses... They fit my needs perfectly! The magnetic backing adheres quite well to my brushed nickel metal lamp base without taking up extra space on my nightstand or tipping over when reaching for my glasses! I subsequently purchased four additional holders--two to adhere to the lamp base on other night stand in the master bedroom and two to adhere to the side of the refrigerator to hold pens and reading glasses respectively...
