I recently got this turtle habitat starter kit and I’m really happy with it! It came with everything I needed to set up a comfortable home for my new turtle perfect for beginners like me.
The 20-gallon tank is a good size for a young turtle and looks great. It’s sturdy and easy to clean. The included water filter does a decent job of keeping the water clean, though I might upgrade later as my turtle grows. The decorative pieces and basking rock were a nice touch they made the habitat look natural and gave my turtle some fun spots to explore and climb on.
It also came with turtle food, water conditioner, and even both lamps one for heat and one for UVB, which is so important for their health. I appreciated that everything was included in one kit so I didn’t have to guess what I needed to buy separately.
Overall, this is an excellent all-in-one setup for anyone just getting started. It has the essentials and gives you a solid foundation to build on as your turtle grows. Definitely recommend!

It’s shipped quickly, I love all the cool things it came with making this such a great deal. It’s sturdy and comes with literally everything you need. My turtles look so happy. I didn’t use the small pebbles it comes with because my turtles were swallowing them.

I received a (too large) yellow green standing plant not the boxwood. Other than that my only complaint now is the filter -dont see a lot of "recycling " of water through it. This morning after a few days getting a little foam build up near the filter cave and a few tiny lingering bubbles around the side of the tank and being pushed out through the tank water. I have one baby RES in there and will be turning on my submersible heater today and am wondering how much water to add into the filter cave as this may be the problem. Any advice as to the bubbles and can I buy a better filter to fit in the cave? Kathy

Very happy I got it on sale just before Christmas! Gifted this tank to my 17 year old as he is obsessed with turtles. Tanks have come a long way since I got my turtle when I was little ( rehomed him 6 yrs ago, he's over 30 yrs old!!)
But this tank comes with lots of nice stuff. I like the decorative filter. Waterfall noise doesn't bother us at all. I bought river pebbles. I have a heater and thermometer coming and then hopefully turtle soon!
Set up was easy. I rinsed everything first. Overall we are very satisfied with this purchase!
