McCormick Garlic Powder is always made from fresh, whole garlic cloves that have been dried and ground. It brings balanced warmth and complexity to savory dishes like soups, stews, stir-fries, sauces & marinades. McCormick's dehydrated garlic varieties, including Garlic Powder, Garlic Salt & Minced Garlic, provide consistently fresh garlic flavor. The flavor is mellower than raw garlic cloves, yet equally robust. Any dish with ground beef or ground turkey – hamburgers, meatballs, meatloaf, chili or tacos – is better with garlic seasoning. Use ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder in place of 1 clove fresh garlic. It’s a kitchen staple as well as a table spice for shaking on steak, eggs, pizza, mashed potatoes and more.
