- Reviewed in the United States on June 7, 2016Color: BlackStyle: Headphones onlyVerified PurchaseI don't know how, but Bose has successfully managed to make these a lot better than the QC25 despite the same shape and size, all while adding Bluetooth and not adding any compromises. When QC25 originally came out, they were a small improvement over the predecessor QC15 in terms of noise canceling, but I always felt like the sound stage and response took a very slight hit and obviously favored bass frequencies, often too much. QC35 restores the sound quality and makes it even better over the previous generations. Noise cancelling has taken a huge leap forward as well - now there's virtually no white noise coming from the headphones when nothing is playing, and significantly more outside noise is cancelled atop of already stellar noise cancelling that was there before. Bluetooth is great, the pairing was easy and straightforward as it should be. The Bose app is not bad, and does help in managing connections. You are limited to only 2 Bluetooth connections which is a bit of a bummer, as I frequently switch between at least 3 devices, but probably won't be an issue for most people. The only other thing I wish QC35 had would be some sort of a button on the headphones that would temporarily disable noise cancelling and let the outside sounds in without having to take them off back and forth when someone tries to talk to you. Not sure on battery life yet, but 20 hours sounds pretty promising. The weight different compared to QC25 is minimal, and the fit is exactly the same i.e. very comfortable.
On a side note, I recently tried Beats Studio wireless headphones as I really wanted something without the cord, and I don't know how anyone would prefer those over Bose. They weigh probably double the weight of Bose, don't fit properly over ears (unless you have perfectly round ears somehow), and sound way worse. Even for the bass fanatics, Bose has way better bass response than Beats Studio, and the noise cancellation is not even remotely close.
My comparison ratings between the 2 are as follows:
Fit/Weight/Comfort: Bose 5, Beats 3
Noise cancelling: Bose 5.5, Beats 2
Low freq sound: Bose 4.5, Beats 3
Med freq sound: Bose 4.5, Beats 2
Hi freq sound: Bose 4, Beats 2.5
Yes, there are better sounding headphones and sound systems out there like everyone always starts complaining about, etc. etc. but ultimately, none of them will come close to the fit and comfort of Bose QC series, and have noise cancelling that's even half as good. These are not cheap, but they are pretty durable and should last you a few years if well cared for.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 11, 2017Color: BlackStyle: Headphones onlyVerified PurchaseFIrst off these are expensive really expensive....BUT I've gotta say I have completely forgotten about the cost since I've had mine. They are just really that awesome. These really do deserve 5 stars, of course they aren't perfect in every sense they are some issues but non of them in my mind overshadow at all the overall package.
First thing I noticed when I took them out the travel box. They're a nice colored jet black that is nice to touch and feels like it's quality and it's got the nice Bose logo. Next thing is the leather or pleather I'm not really sure which, it's super soft, it just makes me want to squish it over and over. After that immediately I see all the controls (Bluetooth on off, volume, play, pause, skip forward, skip backward buttons) it's super straight forward.
Once I put them on there is a nice feeling of pressure, the headphones suction cupping to my head and if I turned on the ANC before I put them on I feel like I'm in my own bubble.
The ANC is pretty good on these, it does do a good job of tuning out background noise it feels pretty awesome to be somewhat isolated from your environment. It's not super audible, you do hear a slight hiss in the back round and a bunch of times I wondered whether it was outside noise or the headphones themselves, turned out to be the headphones. This isn't a drawback apparently it's there on ALL ANC headphones.
Sound quality is great, I'm not an audiophile but I do appreciate good headphones/earbuds. Good bass but not overly apparent like you might get with other headphones like Beats or others I'm not familiar with. The bass is there though make no mistake. I've always wanted good bass headphones and these are a 8.75/10 for me. Overall great sound it's clear with great bass.
Build quality is good all around maybe Bose could improve a bit on the buttons making them feel more "quality" with metal or some better plastic especially for the nearly $400 price tag. That goes for the plastics elsewhere also.
Battery life is awesome it takes like an hour to charge them from nearly dead to 100% and then they last a while, I'm not sure if it's Bose's 20 hours but honestly it seems to last long enough that I forget about charging them most of the time.
Things I like:
wireless (the ability to be cordless and walk around is just Great)
Sound/bass
Build quality
ANC
ability to make phone calls (they're sooooo awesome to make phone calls with!)
Great battery
Things I don't like:
I think it's due to the earmuff? Getting worn over time but the seal isn't as good as it originally was and the noise cancellation doesn't seem to work as well as it did. There are a lot of complaints about this online and people say it's due to the firmware but I'm not so convinced and I'm pretty sure it's the earmuffs or pads w/e that wear and lose their loftiness which makes the seal not as good. So just make sure to store them properly it should help with that.
Sometimes the Bluetooth loses connection. When it started it was every minute or 2. If that happens go to your phone w/e clear the device paired list and try repairing. I did it and it worked for some time but then the issue started happening again but less frequently then the first time. I recommend returning and replacing either through Amazon or Bose.
Overall I've had them for a little over 1 month and highly highly recommend them.

5.0 out of 5 stars Comfortable, magical noise cancellation, durable and sounds great with most genres of music.
Color: SilverStyle: Headphones onlyVerified PurchaseFirst off, thank you Amazon for delivering my order within a day! You guys surprise me in the nick of time, just when I've had one too many frustrating experiences to count.
The Bose QuietComfort 35 (QC-35) is the best active noise-cancelling wireless headphones you can buy as of today. Skip over to the last sentence if you've already made up your mind to buy it. Read on if you've ordered it and just browsing reviews to make sure that you've made a sound decision.
Let me begin with a caveat: I deliberately avoid terms like tight, bright, rolled-off, muddy etc., to describe how the device sounds, because I think they're unimaginative and utterly confusing. Besides, as you might have realised by now, I'm not an audiophile. I am just a fan of music. The device is just a means to that end. I'm here to enjoy music; not waste my time fussing over details wondering whether the lead guitarist was getting a BJ when the song was recorded. With that out of the way, let's get to the review:
How good is the bass?
==================
I listen to everything from Blues-Rock to Bhangra and Dappankoothu to Elevator Music, and they never sounded better than they did on the QC-35. A good headphone should not be judged only by its ability to reproduce bass sounds, but sadly that's what most buyers seem to care about. How you rate bass is very subjective and depends on your choice of music. If you listen to a lot of EDM, you may want to head over to the Beats or Sony camps. That said, I don't like the artificially pumped-up bass like that of Beats or Sony. Sure, all such headphones have sophisticated DSP in them to make them sound good for a majority of their intended users, but the likes of Sony and Beats seem over-synthesised to my ears. All I can say is that the QC-35’s bass sounds quite natural for a Bluetooth headphone. It sounds way better when wired up, though, but that would defeat the purpose now, wouldn't it?
Versus the Audiophile-grade stuff
=========================
If you're looking for audiophile-grade stuff (whatever that is), then you may want to try the Sennheiser Momentum 2.0. If you do end up buying it, don't forget to let me know if it lives up to the hype. So that I can kick myself in the nus<-->t for buying this one. The Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 has been rated by most self-proclaimed audiophiles to be the best when it comes to sound quality, but from the looks of it, you seem to lose out on comfort -- or, so I think, to rationalise my purchase. I digress.
Noise Cancellation
===============
The QC-35's noise cancellation works like magic. I mean, it's like putting a duct tape on the traps of everyone around you. If you thought that was sadistic, how about that feeling when you jump into an overcrowded pool in a middle-class holiday resort on a hot summer afternoon? Still don’t get it? How else can I describe it? Let me try...
Do you live in a noisy neighbourhood with the strays having standoffs with your obese labrador?
Get the QC-35.
Having a fight with the missus, or girlfriend, or both at the same time?
Just wear the damn QC-35 and walk away in pure bliss, if you can.
Is your boss giving you a piece of his mind?
No! Forget it! That was a bad example, but you get the gist.
Build Quality & Comfort
==================
The headphones’ construction is pretty solid, as one that costs this much should be. It's comfortable enough to be worn all day, as I can say from my experience during the honeymoon period, which lasted a good two days! Then I felt miserable when it started to distort annoyingly while playing some techno tracks. However, I began to feel comfortably numb to it later on.
How does it sound?
===============
Just keep in mind that there are some genres that this headphone is not meant for. All is forgiven when you play classics from The Eagles, Pink Floyd, The Who, Chicago, Kansas, Supertramp, Uriah Heep et al. Eric Clapton, Miles Davis, Mark Knopfler, Nina Simone, Tracy Chapman et al perform their magical numbers just for you. Even while playing modern alternative songs from the likes of Coldplay, Green Day, Oasis, Athlete, Staind, Lifehouse, Three Doors Down, Puddle of Mudd etc, the QC-35 lives up to its promise. The percussions, keys, strings and vocals sound great as if you’re listening to your favourite artists perform live! The treble is where the trouble is sometimes. Only sometimes.
Battery Life
=========
The battery is not removable and it's not a big deal, because Bose is not stupid to let down their customers. You can always get the battery replaced at their service centre, when it gets to that. As for the QC-35’s battery life, all I can say is that it's unbelievably long-lasting. The battery charge drains slow and charges relatively quick.
Conclusion
=========
To sum up, the Bose QC-35 ticks all the boxes for me. It's quite comfortable, seems to be constructed well, has a great battery life and, most importantly, sounds great with most genres of music. Besides, at nearly 30 grand, it's not a let down as I'd initially feared. So, would I recommend it? Of course!
A word on noise cancellation, though: It is so good that you can't even hear sounds emanating from your own body, but the world around you can. Just don't have Chole Bhature before boarding your flight.

5.0 out of 5 stars Cuffie Wireless eccezionali
Color: BlackStyle: Headphones onlyVerified PurchaseThe media could not be loaded.

5.0 out of 5 stars Atemberaubender Sound und schlichte edle Optik!

5.0 out of 5 stars Simplement la perfection!
Question autonomie elle est pour moi parfaite.
