This is hands down a very effective, efficient, simple diffuser. It's not fancy looking, it's not large in case you have a large space, but it's absolutely perfect. Why? It diffuses aromatherapy oils without making a mess, without making loud noises, quickly, to the point. No frills, but that's why I love it. Compared to Guruwanda, you know which brand I referring to here; I also like how soft the lights change. I've used Young Living, trust me, you are saving yourself a bundle of money and time. I really want 3 more because we own a two-story house and I want the whole place smelling like a lavender field in the middle of this barren desert we live in, lol! What else can I share, it works, just add water to the max line, your favorite oils, badda bloom, enjoy the awesome smell, go do something else. Oh, it turns itself off when it runs our of water, how thoughtful.

An “Okay” product
I really wanted to love this diffuser/cool mist humidifier. After two uses, the “fill” line indicator faded off along with the writing on the lower buttons(see pictures). The mist was extremely light at times and would sort of kick into full effect after having the device on for about 45 minutes to an hour. I reached out to the company. They were very quick in response and shipped me out a new updated version of the device hoping the errors would resolve themselves. I was very hopeful as well. Within 2 uses of the the NEW product, the same thing happened with the “fill/ drain” line indicator. However, the flow of the mist is much much better. All in all I give this product 2 stars and I’ve added an additional star for the wonderful customer service
