Perfect for training toddlers
Much like other buyers, I needed something for my clumsy toddler. She drinks just fine out of a regular cup, but every single time, she knocks it over. This cup has been a perfect solution. Yes, sometimes there are still spills but drastically less. My 3 y.o. can pick it up without difficulty. She loves it and refuses to drink from anything else now. Having two means I can have one in use and one in the cabinet. I've already started recommending this to other parents.

    We've transitioned our toddlers from regularly using sippy cups to regular cups... the problem is that they are prone to spilling their drinks. I saw this product advertised in a couple of places and, although still skeptical, the review by Unbox Therapy convinced me to give them a try. Of course, the first thing I did when I received them was trying to knock them down. Now, they are very hard to knock down, but not impossible. The point of these cups is resist accidental bumps and nudges, not to resits a nuclear bomb. Now if you, like me, bought these for small children, keep in mind that if you use placemats, the cups will stick to the placemat (as it would to any smooth surface), and bumps and nudges would end up moving the placemat and everything on it... potentially (and I mean POTENTIALLY) causing a mess.

    I bought so I would stop spilling, but it doesn’t work on our cocktail/end tables. I thought it was a bust, but I also have a toddler. My fifteen month old son is able to pick it up to drink, but he has a hard time spilling or throwing it (unfortunately, I won’t say “he can’t”). I really want to emphasize, though, that the concentration on his part that it takes to pick the cup up has been very effective in helping him learn to independently drink from an open cup. Fair warning: suction doesn’t work on a wood grain. I said, “duh,” and felt silly when I tried it. Hopefully, this helps somebody with no small children from buying while thinking it works on any surface.

Both tipped over at the slightest bump and did not adhere in any way to glass, granite or any other flat smooth surface. I tried it with water in it thinking that it just needed more weight in the glass but they still did not work at all. Returned them and will not be repurchasing these. Wonder how they got the glasses to stay upright in the video? Glued them to the table? Very disappointed.

The photos make the glasses look great. If I would’ve known they were plastic, regardless of their antitipping selling point, I would not have purchased them. I will keep them and use them as a gift.
