I have an earlier iteration of this jacket. It feels less like cotton than the version I had before- more of a synthetic material. Not super stretchy, but easy to put on. Love the snaps (the hood also snaps on/off). Quality is great- I have a 60 lb Australian shepherd and this fits his big booty well.

Ok, but need larger size options
I purchased this in a 2XL (blue) simply because it was priced about five $ less than my preferred color and it would arrive 2 days earlier. The 2XL was too small for my 112lb Rottweiler. I next ordered a 3XL (green) and it was a much better fit. However, if I choose to use the detachable hood, it's a "no go". The hood doesn't reach the top of his head without pulling. If I snap all the chest buttons it still seems to pull a little at the front of his neck. The leg openings are roomy. The snaps are good quality. The material is knit with a french terry interior (not fleece). Since this is for indoor wear, the material is perfect. If this came in 4XL, I would have opted for that size for the best fit. It took a long time of searching to find this product; something that wasn't a coat/jacket and wasn't a difficult pullover. I kept the size 3XL. I'll most likely leave the hood attached for back of neck coverage, but won't put it on his head. Pictures are included of my 112lb Rottweiler in the green and black plaid. Hope this helps you.

So cute! I have trouble finding proper clothing sizes for my Great Dane, Luke, and there is no way I’d be able to find anything close to fitting him at most pet stores.
I got the 3 XL of this red plaid hoodie and it fits perfect! It is just right - not too lose but just a little so that it is roomy enough for him to be comfortable and continue to grow. He is about 150-160lbs right now.
I like how the cut is angled underneath, so that if he urinates while wearing it, it will not get soiled. As well, it’s a light sweater - not thick, so it provides a nice level of comfort against chilly weather without overheating him. It doesn’t slip around and he wasn’t bothered wearin it in the slightest.
The only thing I could be happier with would be if the hood actually fit his head, but his head is HUGE, so I realize this may be an unrealistic expectation. Plus, it would be simply for aesthetics. On the plus side, the hood detaches easily (snap buttons) and if I need to take the sweater off quickly for any reason, there are snap buttons all along the front, for easier putting on and removal.
All in all, I’m very happy with the sweater! And Luke thinks he looks rather dapper.

I bought a Large for my 65lb black lab/coonhound mix and it fits almost perfect, just slightly snug. There's a lot of room in the arm holes so they don't feel restricted. The hood is detachable which is a really nice feature because it does make the chest more snug when the hood is attached. The back pocket is a real pocket! I stash milkbones in it and do little magic tricks with him to make them appear (my dog is my kid, ok). It's also pretty good quality, it doesn't feel thin and cheap like I was expecting. The inside is lined. My dog doesn't wear clothes often, but he comes to work with me and our only heat source inside is a woodstove so he needs an extra layer on these below 20 degree days. It's also helpful when we go camping and it's chilly in the mornings. I'm not sure how warm it's keeping him, it's definitely better than nothing at all but I'm not sure it's a warmth improvement on the blanket I've been tying around him. One more layer does more for an animal with a fur coat than most people think. I'm still laying the blanket over him when he's in his bed and it's cold. But what's most important is that he has the extra layer and he's comfortable, he usually hates wearing clothes and just mopes until I take them off but he's very comfortable in this and has no problem wearing it. The only thing I've noticed is he won't run at top speed while he's wearing it, I think it's too snug on his chest for that, but he can do everything else. He's only had it on a handful of times but he already comes and stands still for me to put it on in the mornings, so I think he likes it! I'm going to try using it as a thundershirt come summer since it is snug and he hates the actual thundershirt.
He usually hates wearing clothes but he's comfortable in this!

Good coat for the cost!
Great price for what you get. It's not super warm (fabric is pretty thin) but it adds a solid extra layer that stays done up and while it doesn't really work as a hood, the hood adds some nice bulk around the head/neck (like a scarf for the dog). Measurements are accurate but I had to hem mine a bit. My dog is a saluki/border collie so his dimensions are a little abnormal...long body, medium sized neck, and very thin torso. I ordered an XL for him and hemmed in about 3" total on the sides so it fit snuggly.
