A Grohe shower head at this price is plastic? Really? I returned it and Amazon did its usual excellent job at replacing it quickly. Performance? Well, it is not impressive in any way. It looks nice, but the pressure is lower than the previous 15 year old Grohe I had (that was all metal) and I am worried that the handle will break off if I change the pattern.....Poor design.

This shower head lasted less than two years. With normal use and seldom adjusts, in 22 months since install the connection between the head and the ball connector fell apart. The interface, like the rest of the showerhead, is entirely plastic with a few metal rings and a rubber gasket that hold the head to the ball attachment. On looks it is a 9 out of 10, on quality a 2 at best. Amazed this is a Grohe product. Disappointing.

Absolutely love this shower head. We found it in a hotel one time, and my girlfriend loved it because it rinsed her hair so well. It has multiple spray patterns, but there's one setting that puts out a lot of water in multiple small streams at a high flow, low pressure rate.

We installed it and ever since I'll use this head instead of using the higher mounted one in the shower just because it's so much nicer. Overall I'd gladly purchase again!
