Very smooth and delicious. Now that I am getting use to this level of cacao content, the sweeter dark chocolates are entirely too sugary. I was more interested in the health benefit of consuming this product, but I fancy it over the lesser chocolate versions now. It's like drinking diet pop for the first time - takes a little getting use to, but then when you try to drink a regular pop, you can hardly stand how sweet it is.
And, this is organic to boot - what's not to love? I will be reordering this product.
