I was looking for a small fridge to hold water for my bedroom. I was looking for something similar to what I had in college many years ago. I knew if I waited a few weeks everyone would be selling them for almost nothing with back to school coming soon. So I used Amazon to shop for what I wanted so I would be ready once they went on sale. I then found this fridge on Amazon. It did not have a freezer, which is a waste of space in a small fridge. It did not have the gravity feed can dispenser, which was good. Then there was the great price. So I decided to not wait and buy this fridge. Amazon changed the delivery date less then 12 hours before delivery. That cost them a star. The fridge arrived without any visible damage. Upon opening the box there was a layer of Styrofoam completely surrounding another box. Inside the inner box was the fridge. It would be very hard to damage this fridge in shipping. Excellent packing on this item. Next I plugged it in, set up the shelves and waited for it to cool down. First I hate that there is only one large shelf. The middle shelf is two half shelves. Why would they think two half shelves are better then one whole shelf? The temp switch is outside the fridge located on the top rear. I like that, much easier to get to when raising or lowering the temp. Next I waited for it to kick on, the compressor. I was not hearing anything. I was praying I did not have to box this back up. I reached inside and I could tell the fridge was getting cold. Turns out this is the quietest fridge I've ever been around. There is a very small click that can be heard when it kicks on or off but the room must be totally quiet. I'm very happy with this purchase. I highly recommend it for bedrooms, man caves and party rooms. I give this all five stars.
