First off, regarding some of the low reviews, I was told immediately before signing up for 30 day free trial that it would be 12.95 a month after, and was told the exact date the first payment would be charged, and you cancel online with a button. Also, every workout tells you what you need ahead of time, and they say repeated times in workouts, if you have no weights to do it anyways without, its still a good burn, this is so so so much cheaper than a gym, ie: I bought 5lb weights, 10lb kettle, mat, ball, medicine ball for what it would cost me for 2 months at my local gym, and now im set for my first 3 month cardio sculpt program, if you have issues with it freezing, its your internet not the app, there are over 100 videos, its impossible to get bored unless you are doing the same video. My guess is some of the 1 star people are trainers losing clients to daily burn or just people who like to complain. The workouts are great. As a mom of 4 who was always an athlete and wanted to get back to my newly wed size, I get a great challenge and the trainers are very motivating. Its hard to get back on the workout horse for anybody. You are encouraged throughout the vids. There are always 3 people in the vids giving you 3 different options of the exercises, easy, med., hard. The programs give you so many options. Inferno for a month of crazy intense workouts, cardio sculpt for 3 months of losing weight and toning, move! Is a series of dance workouts my kids live to do, and there are enough programs to keep you going a yr without repeating. I cant wait to try them all as I get into better shape. As a yoyo dieter and person who would get bored with repetitive workouts, its been 3 wks and 10 lbs lost and the first thing I do everyday is check my app to see what Im doing today. Im motivated and fit, and my kids love it too. My daughter and her friends loves the 15 minute workouts. My son lives the yoga. I have it on our smart tv, fire tv, and my phone, all work fine. I hope this helps.
What a joke... I'm just going to use the free trial & Cancel. The work outs that I seen on the preview aren't even on the work outs now. They don't offer enough different workouts for the price they charge. Which by the way starts out as $12.95 per month!! Yes they even raised it. They offer crapy work outs and only one dance workout routine; they by the way you can google the people and fine the same works outs on YouTube. In my personal oppion this work out is a ripoff!! Don't waste your time or your money!!! And if you're still considering it; I would just try the free trial as I'm doing. You will find out for yourself it's so not work the $12:95 per month. Buy your own work out DVDs or download from iTunes or wherever. Check out You Tube also. Join a gym, probably work it to pay more for that then to do these stupid workouts that don't offer that much for the price. They really need to step up their game and live up to the advertisement and hype!!!
First, I want to say that I got this app because of the 30 day free trial and I am just fed up with gyms and their memberships'. I enjoy exercising and I use it as a stress relief. I would go to the gym and have to wait for any piece of equipment I wanted to use. On those days I would not get a good workout in and I would be more stressed than when I started. I am 3 weeks into the free trial and I will be canceling my gym membership and going with a daily burn subscription. I found it very easy to use and navigate. They have so many different types of workouts with new ones added everyday, it would be tough to get bored. They have workouts for EVERY level of fitness. I have never done exercise classes and I was not sure that it would be something that I enjoy or that I would be able to get the same type of workout as a gym. I was wrong! The trainers are great, the videos are very user friendly, and the workouts are fun and tough. It does not matter your current fitness level the videos are made so you have an option of doing the basic moves, normal moves, or advanced movies all in the same video. Just awesome. Just a little about me to give you some prospective on my review. I am 6'1" and started at 215lbs with 13% body fat. I am also male and 43 years old. I am a former college athlete and I have remained active through my 20's and 30's and looking to do so for the rest of my life. I was skeptical this would be good for me but results don't lie. In three weeks I am now 206lbs with 11% body fat. Those are great results for me in just 3 weeks. So glad I took a leap and tried something new.
I'm sharing my thoughts on both the app and the workout program itself. Currently, I'm actively participating in the True Beginner Series on DailyBurn, and I'm genuinely impressed with the workouts. I'm looking forward to exploring more options once I complete this series. These workouts are particularly well-suited for beginners, providing variety to prevent the monotony of doing the same routine every day. My teenage daughter and I are both enjoying the experience of doing these workouts together. I use the app through my Amazon Fire Stick. However, my only gripe about the app is its inconsistency in displaying the correct video for the day. In the DailyBurn program, there's a structured workout plan with a specific video assigned for each day. While the website consistently shows the accurate video, the app often falls short in this regard, despite being logged in.
