I got this for Christmas this year from my husband and I LOVE IT! I've had a crock-pot for years, just the basic one with high/low/warm. I love this new one because I can set to cook for 4 hours but will not be home from work by that time so it automatically switches to warm when it finishes your set cooking time- it's FABULOUS!! This really makes cooking A LOT easier for me as I work and have meetings and can have dinner ready when I get home, and not be over cooked!! Do yourself a favor and buy this!! I got the red and love the color, makes cooking fun:)

Exactly the amount of technology and simplicity I need.
I love my crock pot. I can't say this enough. I'm more of a baker than a cooker (give me a list of measured ingredients, don't ever say "add to taste" as a quantity of ingredient) and this is basically a baking tool. My standard is to put onion, carrots, potatoes and a meat, go low for 8 hours and then go to work. I come home to delicious food, the thing keeps warm for four hours after the timer is up (great if I'm late going home) and is super easy to clean.
