I have had it long enough to feel I can evaluate it adequately. First of all, right out of the box I was astonished at how small this computer is. How can it be more than a toy? The I-9 version that I purchased started out well, but the graphics on my monitor was just substandard. I felt that without Nvidia that would be it, but after tweeking my monitor and computer settings, the quality is amazing - very little difference between it and my computer with a state-of-the-art Nvidia card. Now that totally blew me away. I have 32GB Ram and have pushed the machine with some demanding games and graphics, only to be repeatedly astounded. When you get this computer, take your time to set up the monitor to take full advantage of its graphics capabilities and you will be more than pleased. I have a very new desktop computer that is 30 times bigger, yet performs little to no better than my GEEKOM. Shocked, expectations far exceeded, amazed. Yep, that is how I feel. Excellent computer!

A capable unit

I purchased the IT 13 mini in January and have been busy transferring software and data to the new unit. After my tower computer crashed, I concluded that I needed to downsize equipment. That decision came with the belief that I would be cutting performance as well. I was wrong about that. The mini performs considerably better than the replaced machine. I'm still learning about its capabilities but am confident that it can handle all of my needs, as well as gaming which I don't do at the moment. As soon as I got the machine I decided to upgrade the storage with a 2 TB SSD as well as a 1 TB card. It has 32 GB of ram and a 2TB main SSD. I was curious if it could handle multiple monitors as advertised and indeed it can and does so without a hitch. I am currently running 3 high-definition monitors and may add a 4th in the future. they work very well. It is an impressive machine even though it is so small. So far, I'm very pleased with the machine and may get one for my wife going forward.

Internet Speed Issue

Product wired/wireless speeds not correct. Installed Intel network cards do not perform as advertised. My customer service agent stayed on the trail to investigate with daily emails to make sure I was informed of status changes. I really liked the idea of a mini-pc, especially the blue color, but the Intel NIC does not perform. I made contact with Intel but the service rep did not have a resolution. So, the Geekom customer service rep worked to get a refund. Great job!

Nasty blue screen when plugging in a external M.2 drive in the USB-4 port

This is a great little machine to replace my aging Lenovo i7. But I do experience some issues. Hope somebody can help me out....

I have two M.2 NVME drives plug into the USB-4 ports. The first one is a WD_BLACK 1TB SN850X in a Acasis TBU405 enclosure. The second on is a WD_BLACK 2TB SN850X in a Acasis TBU405Pro M1 enclosure. Whenever I plug the 2TB drive (in the TBU405Pro M1) in when the machine is running, Windows gives a nasty blue screen. There is no issue with the 1TB drive at all. Anyone experiences something similar? I will also post the same question on the Acasis page.

Purchased the IT13-i9 and it is a screamer. Fast processing, 3 screens running simultaneously. I did have a problem with the Ethernet port, but Shirley at Geekom Amazon support was willing to replace the entire PC (and I could keep the SSD to preserve my data and applications). However, after powering down (and unplugging), the Ethernet port started working again. Very happy not to have to send it in but loved the support willingness!

The system is very impressive, quiet and powerful. This purchase will most likely be followed up by two or three more systems.
Did have a slight problem with the second video output. When I contacted Customer Service, Shirley was quick to provide assistance. She quickly had the hardware replaced, with multiple follow-ups to ensure all was working correctly after the new hardware arrived. A very pleasant representative!

Very easy to setup. Supports 8K. Just keep in mind that you need to use the USB-C port for 8K. I use a USB-C to HDMI 2.1 cable to connect it to my 8K TV.

Habe den PC jetzt mehrere Wochen in Gebrauch und bin vollauf zufrieden. Der Kundendienst bemüht sich sehr, mir gewisse Fragen zu beantworten. Die FIrma GEEKOM sollte versuchen den PC alternativ mit einer 512 SSD auszurüsten. Ich mußte eine externe Festplatte dazukaufen. Ich habe ein sehr kleines Büro, dabei ist es sehr schön , daß ich auf dem Schreibtisch ein kleines Gerät (10 x 10 cm) habe. Ich kann den PC wärmsten empfehlen; insbesondere auch wenn man viel auf reisen ist. Dann hat man nicht nur seine Unterlagen sondern auch seine Software dabei. DEr PC mit Kundendienst bekommt 5 Sterne.

Great little machine

I'm a newbie when it comes to the new mini PC's. Compared to my old desktop, which I've had for at least 10 years, it looks like a mouse against goliath. That said, when you look at its specs it's clearly a serious piece of equipment. It comes with Windows 11 pro pre-installed. Obviously I was quite nervous about a machine this small performing as well as described, but I needn't have worried. Once I had connected everything to it's numerous ports and to my 5g wifi network it was a breeze to sign into Windows and configure from there. A week later and all is not only well, but is performing way better than my old, much larger machine, which was clearly wearing out. I've also managed to expand the RAM memory to 16gb (double the installed). Contrary to what the sales pitch says the installed memory should only be doubled, as this is the recommendation for the Intel Celeron processor installed. You won't get any better performance by expanding to 32gb, and there are only 2 RAM slots in the machine anyway. The internal memory can also be expanded up to 1tb if needed. Everything on screen works super fast with no lag. Also the machine is extremely quiet. I've not heard a murmor from it and it's on 24/7. I also have my emby server on it, with all my media on an external HD, and the server works perfectly well. I'm trying hard to find any fault with it to be honest. For everyday use this is perfect for my needs. However if you are a serious gamer you would probably need a machine with higher specs. Overall I'm extremely pleased I made the investment. At the price especially, this is a bargain piece of quality equipment. It's solidly made, and looks attractive too. It's also portable of course because of its size. A big thumbs up from me.
