What devices can be charged/powered by AC200MAX?
With its 2200W(4800W surge) AC inverter, this solar generator can power most of your appliances under 2200W.
How long will AC200MAX power my device?
Working time (estimated) = 2048Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device. (0.85 = Conversion Rate)
Kindly note the actual working time may vary under different circumstances.
What kind of solar panel should I choose?
The total Open Circuit Voltage should be between 10-145V. We recommend 3 × BLUETTI PV200 / PV350.
Which battery packs can I choose to increase the capacity of AC200MAX?
1-2 B230 (2048Wh each) or 1 B300(3072Wh each) battery pack is available to increase capacity. Placing B300 flat on the left of AC200MAX for better connection.
Can I charge AC200MAX with solar panels and wall outlet simultaneously, or use dual AC adapters?
Yes, but for the dual AC charging, a second BLUETTI AC adapter is required.

I hooked up my unit to 6 Renogy 200W panels (refurbished on Amazon for $136 each) in series and have been able to pull in over 912 watts at 110V in good sunlight for several hours on a summer day. This charges the unit from 2% to 100% in 2-3 hours. Only get the Bluetti 350W panel if you need something that's portable. It's a good panel but quite expensive, and it won't give you the power you want for this unit. You'd need like 4 of them to get close. So I recommend getting some panels like the refrubished Renogy's. Will Prowse says only get the larger ones (over 400W), and he's the expert. I like the smaller panels because I move them seasonally.
I used my Bluetti AC200Max to run my refrigerator, deep freezer, entertainment center (250W) and 2 wall AC units (550w) concurrently all day pulling over 1300 watts in pushing about the same most of the day in summer. No problems at all. I can run my wall AC and Panasonic microwave at the same time (@2.4 kW total output). I was unsuccessful at powering my old Maytag washer. The surge demand from that old warhorse was too much for Big Blu, but that and my 220 dryer are the only energy suckers in my house I can't use with this unit. I haven't tested big power tools like compressors or anything like that.
It's important to note that if you use the full input charging capabilities of this unit, you can input a total of 1440W to charge very fast. This requires full solar input of 900W plus either AC brick charge, or additional charge types such as additional solar input, or car adapter. BUT - You have to fork out $199 on Amazon for the special adapter to do this, so it's sort of a letdown to find that out after purchasing it that you need to buy an extra part for that. With that kind of input, the real limitation on this unit is the battery capacity, so it's a very powerful pass-through generator in the day. I can get over 900W input with solar for over 6 hours a day in summer - that's over 5-7 kilowatts you can use to run an AC and other stuff during sunlight, while you end up with 2 kilowatts at sunset that can hopefully get you through til morning. I've been testing it at my residence and have been able to shave about 5kWh daily off my power bill, so it's a pretty robust backup for essential things through extended outages.
One huge drawback is the Bluetti add-on batteries are prohibitively expensive for most folks, so much so that it's not worth it for budget minded people. If you’re on a budget and looking for more than just a backup for outages, you may want to consider a 48V system you can build in 30 minutes, see Will Prowse’ video on YouTube on this. They are cheaper and more powerful and scalable and amazingly simple to put together. I hear the Bluetti backup batteries work great, so go for it if you have the $.
The plastic flaps on the Bluetti AC200Max that are over the plug covers are kind of in the way, so I pulled mine off of the ones I use most.
The display was off initially in that it reported an 80% charge and then jumped to full charge. Still testing but it appears to be aligning better with the battery now.
The app is nice and the UI is easy to use, much better than competitors, who are way behind in that department.
The fan is mostly quiet, however if you're pulling and pushing a lot of watts, it has a fairly loud high fan that kicks in, let's you know it's working extra hard for ya.
