I do like this straightener and that's why It was a toss up with giving it a 3 or a 4 star review. Pros are it's easy to handle, nice velvety feel, super long industrial style cord, fast heating, makes my hair soft and smooth. Straightens great.
Cons are the dial at the bottom for the heat setting turns too freely and doesn't lock into position so the heat is getting re-adjusted and turned up or down while your using it. And not the greatest tool for curling or flipping ends. The edges need to be more rounded, when trying to curl I would sometimes get heat creases and not a smooth curl. If those 2 features could get fixed it would be perfect.
