Now THIS is a watch!
I purchased this Watch Ultra 1 to replace a Series 7 that hit the pavement during a bicycle crash late last summer. Just couldn't abide the screen scratches anymore. I've been using an Apple Watch of one sort or another since there was only one model. In all that time, the upgrades, while cool, have been incremental, at best. THIS Watch, on the other hand, seems like a genuine step up.Granted, even with a refurb, this is a chunk of change to lay out for an Apple Watch, but for me, at least, SO worth it. I can really feel the difference between the titanium and my old, aluminum model. Though it is a refurb, I ordered one that was in "excellent" condition and if they had told me it was brand new, I would never have known the difference. As far as my human eye can detect, the crystal and casing are flawless. And I really love the look of the titanium! The finish is much nicer in person than in pics. I liked it so much, I purchased a titanium dress band for nights on the town or whatever. I'll probably get a few funky colored ones, as well, since they're so easy to swap out.Battery health is at 99-percent, so I'm pretty happy about THAT, too!The extra-large, and bright, screen makes answering emails and texts a breeze. I wouldn't want to write a novel on the thing, but the Swipe keyboard is surprisingly easy to use and fairly accurate.It is noticeably heavier than my old Series 7, and this is only exacerbated by the addition of the titanium band, but it's not so heavy I won't get used to it in a day or two.There really is NOTHING about this Watch to not like (except perhaps the price). I know it'll seem like an antique in five years or less, but until then ... damn, baby! This thing rocks.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that this refurbished watch was in outstanding near spotless condition. The battery health is at 98%.
I received it four days ago. It does hold a charge for two days. The watchband is new.
I noticed that Apple is not selling refurbished Apple Watch ultras. It makes me wonder if they are farming them out to Amazon. The reason I think this is a possibility is because it really looks like this watch has a new case and back panel and I’m thinking that Amazon is not keeping those kind of parts on hand. So perhaps Amazon is the designated reseller of ultras .
Because of the titanium case, the watch looks heavy, but it actually lighter than you would expect. The only downside I would report is the watch came in a box that was a little bit too big and Inside the watch and the band were loose in a big plastic bag. But I am very pleased with the watch and as long as there are no problems during the 90 day warranty period . I plan on keeping it. My Apple Watch Series 4 lasted me five years. I hope for the same longevity for this item. One last thing… The quality of the microphones for phone calls seems to be top-notch. I’m so glad that I paid $500 to Amazon rather than $799 from Apple.

I have been an Apple Watch user since 2020 with the gen 5 Apple Watch. I use it for fitness mostly, and the battery was the biggest reason for me to upgrade to the Ultra. The two-day battery is really the best feature for this watch for any regular users that aren't doing these extreme activities Apple is advertising this watch.
The watch is just great. I could not see any scratches to tell that it had been used. The only indication was the generic packaging and charger it came with. I was going to take a star away for the generic, useless charging cable because it took forever to charge. I had to pay 30 dollars to buy the new braided apple watch charger to get the fast charging speed. What changed my mind to still give it 5 stars was the Apple Care+ that came with the watch. I am sure I just got lucky with this one because that is another 99-dollar value. For anyone else purchasing, just add the cost of the charging cable to your order because, most likely, you will receive a generic charger that will trickle charge at a very slow speed and take hours to recharge.

Quick delivery, great price point, excellent condition, and 3 days in and working like new. The only issue was the charger they sent didn’t work but that seems like a known issue and is reflected in other reviews. Why buy the new Ultra 2 when you can get the Gen one for this price?

This was advertised as "renewed" in "excellent condition". I'm pretty picky but it was not at all in excellent condition. It was in "good" condition. Works fine but It had some tiny specs on the case that wouldn't come off or come clean. I contacted the selling company and they offered an extremly fair partial refund. I kept it and am happy with the transaction.
